During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom. The hotel's location was also perfect as it was close to many popular attractions and restaurants. To top it off, I also enjoyed the free breakfast that was offered.
The hotel's customer service needs improvement as they were slow to resolve any issues. the hotel lacked essential toiletries such as soap and shampoo, which was inconvenient.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was right next to a metro station, which made it easy for me to explore this city. The staff was also very welcoming and always willing to assist me with any query I had. Moreover, the hotel facilities were impeccable and I was impressed by how clean and tidy the premises were.

this doesn't make up for the dirty towels and sheets in the unkept room with no cosmetic products, and an unresponsive housekeeping staff. Declaring the rooms full and then giving it for nearly thrice the price is unacceptable.
